Married to Jim Mondragon

I am the Director of Human Resources with the Agency for Workforce Innovation — a State of Florida Governor's Agency. After 25 years in the travel business, I began my second career with public service and have been in it since 1999. Politics is certainly different than I expected! I've been married for 9 years to my husband, Jim. He is the Chief Information Security Officer with Florida Supreme Court and Florida State Courts — a technie!

We live on a lake outside Tallahassee and plan to retire to our property in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, hopefully in the next 5-6 years.
